Your RoloGraph is a unique knowledge graph of all of your contacts, connections, and relationships. It is the backbone of all of the work Rolo does for you.
We use a combination of foundational AI models, custom models, and proprietary data to power Rolo, from general queries to complex tasks like planning an event or finding the right person to meet.
As a baseline, all data is encrypted in transit and at rest. You can configure the visibility of your profile, and all private RoloGraph data is only accessible by you. You can also opt-out of improving Rolo with your usage data.
On the Pro or Team plans, we update your RoloGraph up to once per day to ensure Rolo always has the most up-to-date information.
A team plan unlocks productivity for your entire team with verified contact data — emails and phone numbers — for people Rolo surfaces, plus the ability to dial in team members' usage, track their productivity, and coach them to success.
For very active users, we offer the opportunity to scale the work Rolo does for you by setting a spend allowance. This sets a cap on your monthly spend without any upfront payment.
